Run unlocks SMS and WhatsApp communication with a monthly managed messaging allowance (100 active contacts/month included on Run). Enterprise supports custom messaging limits and managed WhatsApp/SMS onboarding for larger teams. Essential also keeps a manual WhatsApp helper that opens wa.me - useful for ad-hoc messages but not for managed sending or automation.
